Outfit Idea #2

This second outfit idea is quite different to the first one,I wanted to have a variety of outfits so everybody can benefit. As everyone has a different outlook to fashion and clothes.

This outfit is also for chilly days, when the weather is cold and miserable (basically everyday in England). As you can see again layering is key. Here is a list of where each item of clothing is from:

Jumper:TkMaxx
Jeans:Primark
Cardigan:TkMaxx
Shoes:Vans

Again, you can subsitute into different jumpers and cardigans and even different coloured jeans-just whatever suits you best.

If you do wear a headscarf then you can also change the headscarf to match your jumpers or outift, headscarfs can be purchased from anywhere! This one is from East london however many retail stores are stocking scarves such as Primark and Topshop.

Thank you Zainab for modelling :)

Favourite body creams of the month!

My favourite recent body creams in the last month have been: Vaseline spray & go, Flower Pharm wild rose and a Body Shop body butter.

All three of these moisturisers smell so good and really hydrate your skin!

The Body Shop "body butter" I've been using is a vitamin E one which has quite a sweet, dense smell which provides a good layer of hydration and moisture over the skin and I find to be really soothing to be put on at night after a warm bath. Due to this being a 'butter', the product is quite thick and requires a bit of massaging into the skin; but it keeps your skin looking and feeling healthy!

This can obviously be purchased from all Body Shop stores and is currently priced at £13.

Another one of my favourite body moisturisers is the fairly new Vaseline spray & go. I have been using this product for about 3 months and I have to say it's one of my favourites and I highly recommend it. It does exactly as what it says on the can - it provides amazing hydration to your skin which replenishes it and has a lovely healthy aloe vera smell. You simply spray a little amount onto your skin and gently massage it in. This product is great for when you're in a rush in the morning to get to school or work, as it requires little time to massage into the skin.
This can be purchased from Boots and is currently priced at £5 and is also available in a variety of smells.

My next favourite of the month is this Flower Pharm wild rose body butter. The scent is obviously a gorgeous rosy smell which is really indulging. Unlike the Body Shop butter, this is more like a cream and is extremely light and requires very little massaging into the skin. Again, this hydrates and moisturises very well and keeps my skin feeling fresh.
This can be purchased from Tesco and is currently priced at £4.99. Flower Pharm also have a body wash and soak available in the same scent.

Baylis & Harding Hand Lotion Review

I have being using Baylis&Harding products for quite a time and I really do love the different collections they come up with whether its soaps or hand lotions they are all amazing!

I would say its more of a luxury product as it does give moisture but not as much as other hand lotions, however the scent is beautiful and it leaves your hands feeling velvety and smooth.
There are different scents to this as it comes in a zesty lemon scent which is incredibily fresh, and you can also get the handwash version of the rose and honeysuckle.

I like this scent more because the floral scent aromatherapy leaves you feeling relaxed and calm while your hands are left feeling soft and soothed.

Sleek Face Form Review

Photography by Zainab (She also owns the face form but in the shade 'medium')
-My one is kind of damaged because I dropped it (woops) so I  have used Zainab's to show you

This is a really great product, its three in one-which makes it extremely useful when your on the go and you want to touch up on your makeup also the mirror is helpful.

I brought this product a long time ago in Superdrug and it was £9.99,Its a really good quality product so therefore I think its worth it. Also I got this in the shade 'Fair', it comes in many more shades like 'Light' and 'Medium'.

The product consists of a bronzer, highlight and blush. I was going to buy the contour kit which consists of the bronzer and highlighter but I thought this would be more useful as it has a really nice blush.

The blush can also be sold separately its called 'Rose Gold', its a very pretty blush as its a pinky rosy colour with little golden specs in it.

The bronzer is matte and a really natural looking bronzer. I was trying to find a bronzer that wasn't too orange looking or didn't look like mud on my face and also was a reasonable price so this one ticked all my boxes. The nicest thing about the bronzer is that its matte with no sort of shimmer.

The highlighter is extremely amazing, I use this on top of my cheeks, on the bridge of my nose, on my cupids bow and sometimes on my brow bone. The colour is sooo pretty and I sometimes use it in the inner corner of my eye as its a really nice colour to brighten up your face as it brings more dimension.

The products are very pigmented as most sleek products are, all of these can be used as an everyday basis as it is very natural looking and pretty.

Burt's Bees Lip Balm Review

I am really enjoying this lip product, its the Burt's Bees lip balm.

During the colder months, lips tend to get chapped and very dry so it's really important to keep them well and hydrated.

Burt's Bees lip-balms are so good at doing just that as they keep my lips really soft and hydrated throughout the day and the one I have (mango) smells great too.

I highly recommend this product as it's great for all the seasons and is extremely nourishing, hydrating and well caring for your lips. I found it can be a great base when applied before lipstick as it makes the lipstick more moisturizing and creamy.

This product is available from Boots and I've also seen it in Holland & Barrett along with the rest of the Burt's Bees range and is priced at £3.69 currently. However, I would like the quantity to be larger because the lip-balm is rather small but I love it anyway!

Review on Body Shop Tea Tree Collection

I use these products regularly every night to control my blemishes, I love the tea tree smell in all of these products.

I really like the Tea Tree collection at The Body Shop especially because its for spot prone and oily skin, which is basically my skin type. It gives a great fresh feeling to my skin when I use all of these products.

The skin clearing facial wash is one of the facial washes that I use in my skin routine. It leaves my skin with a fresh, clean feeling and helps to keep blemishes under control. I wouldn't say that it has completely cleared my skin but it has been helpful in controlling the blemishes. I just lather it up on my hands and apply on my face afterwards just rinse through. Its a useful product in helping your skin to feel fresh and clean.

The blackhead exfoliating wash is one of my favourites, the texture is really nice and again it makes my face feeling amazing. It gives the same effect as the facial wash but the texture is more creamy and it has small crushed apricot stones -this makes it really good for exfoliating your skin, and unclog pores.

The skin clearing lotion is soo amazing, I use this every single day before I go to sleep and it is so good at hydrating but also clearing my skin. This is the most selling in the tea tree range and I agree with that as it is a really good product. After washing your face just apply smoothly on your face, the texture is really nice and again it leaves your face feeling fresh and cool.

All of these products are easy to get as they are reasonably priced and do the job.
The products range from £8.00-£12.00

I recommmed to buy these products if you have minor blemishes on your skin and you want to clear it up.
